FoundationsWhat we areWhat we’re not

An AI that acts. Not advises.

Every brand decision — typography, copy, illustration, the colour of a button — ladders up to one claim: ROASmind acts on your ad accounts. It does not surface insights for you to act on. That distinction is the brand.

Section · 01 The Essence
Mission 01.01

Replace the senior marketer Indian SMBs can’t afford to hire.

A senior performance marketer in India costs ₹15–30 lakh a year and the supply is thin. ROASmind delivers the outcome of that role at software pricing — across Meta, Google and LinkedIn, on autopilot, in ₹.

Positioning 01.02

Your autonomous AI Senior Digital Marketing Manager.

Not a dashboard. Not a copilot. Not an agency front-end. ROASmind owns strategy and execution — plans the campaign, pushes it live, kills the loser, scales the winner, files the report.

The wedge 01.03

Judged by what happens while the user is not logged in.

Kill rules pause losing ad-sets nightly. Search-term mining runs Mondays at 07:30. A weekly intelligence report lands in the inbox at 08:00 IST — unprompted. The product earns its keep in absence.

Trust as architecture 01.04

Eight pre-launch checks. One audit log. Zero black boxes.

Autonomy is only sellable if it’s reversible and explainable. Every action carries provenance: expected impact, AI reasoning, status. Conservative on action, liberal on insight — a missed opportunity is recoverable, an unwanted action is not.

ROASmind is —

  • An autonomous marketing manager
  • Acting across Meta, Google & LinkedIn in one head
  • India-first: ₹, IST schedulers, local benchmarks
  • Conservative on auto-execute, liberal on insight
  • Transparent: audit log, action provenance, reversible moves
  • Outcome-priced over time. SaaS today.

ROASmind is not —

  • A dashboard with AI-generated “insights”
  • An ad copilot that drafts and waits
  • An agency front-end with screenshots-as-strategy
  • A workflow tool waiting for the human to drive
  • A single-platform autopilot
  • A black box that pushes spend without showing its work
VoiceSix PrinciplesSenior Marketer

Write like the senior marketer you’re replacing not the chatbot in their browser tab.

Declarative, numerate, dry. It earned the ₹2 lakh decision and doesn’t mind saying so. Six principles govern every word — UI microcopy, weekly reports, landing pages, sales emails, the chat AI itself.

Section · 02 The Voice
i.

State the action. Then the reason.

Lead with what happened or what we’ll do. Reasoning is the second sentence, not the first.

“Paused Meta_Retarget_30d. CTR 0.31% after ₹2,140 spent.”

ii.

Numbers do the adjectives.

Say ROAS 4.2×, not strong return. Say ₹2.1L spend, not significant investment. If a number isn’t available, the AI says “Unknown” — never invents one.

“Three winners. Two losers. One worth doubling down on.”

iii.

India-rooted. Not India-gimmicky.

₹ always. Local cities, real benchmarks, IST timestamps. But no chai analogies, no jugaad easter eggs, no flag emoji.

“LinkedIn only when LTV > ₹50k.”

iv.

Confident, never arrogant.

Show the work. Link the audit log. Earn the conclusion. The AI explains its reasoning in plain English — not because it’s humble, because reasoning is the moat.

“Here’s what I’d do. Here’s why. Here’s how to undo it.”

v.

Two registers, one voice.

Chat is conversational and short. Reports are formal and structured. Same operator — at standup vs. at the boardroom.

Chat: “Want me to scale it 20%?”
Report: “Recommended: increase Campaign_Cold daily budget from ₹3,000 to ₹3,600.”

vi.

Withhold the superlative.

No game-changing. No revolutionary. No cutting-edge. We have a point of view; we don’t need to overstate it.

“The campaign is working. We’ll add ₹600 to its daily.”

TaglinesOne PrimarySix Alternates

One line, on every cover. Six alternates for context.

The primary tagline is the lockup’s constant companion — on the landing hero, the pitch deck cover, the LinkedIn banner, the printed one-pager. Alternates rotate by surface.

Ink substrate. Cream hero only. Saffron signals. Amber warms.

The palette is intentionally narrow. A warm-tinted near-black is the substrate for 95% of surfaces. Cream paper is reserved for the landing hero. Modern saffron carries action and energy — used with a luminous radial glow. Sunset amber warms callouts. Indigo is logo-only.

TypographyManropeIntelligent Serif

Manrope is the spine. Intelligent Serif is the emphasis.

Manrope carries the structure — from a 10 px audit-log timestamp to a 144 px landing hero. Intelligent Serif italic is the brand’s emphasis device, interleaved freely inside headlines and call-outs (one to three accents per composition is normal). Body copy is always Manrope. — Two italic accents in one headline. Standard usage.
Interleave freely. One to three italic accents per headline is normal — verbs, qualifiers, the word that carries the meaning.
Italic only. Roman serif breaks the rhythm. Always italic, never standing.
Carry colour or contrast. Saffron 400 on ink, saffron 500 on cream, bone-soft on saffron. The italic is the emphasis device.
×
Never body copy. No serif paragraphs, no serif lists, no serif captions.
×
Never below 16 px. Italic loses legibility small. Numerals and unit suffixes (×, /mo, L) are the only exception.
×
Never decorative. If it’s pretty but not meaningful, cut it. Emphasis only.
Iconography1.5px stroke24-grid

Thin line. Geometric. Never cute.

Every icon is built on a 24×24 grid with a 1.5 px stroke, round caps, round joins. No filled glyphs. No emoji. Echo the logo’s thin linework. Currency icons use ₹ as standard.

Tabular figures, always.

Apply font-variant-numeric: tabular-nums on every numeric cell. ₹ symbols line up.

iv.

Four modes. Use one per surface.

ROASmind doesn’t illustrate — it photographs and it visualises. Abstract data systems for product, founder portraits for testimonials, editorial monochrome for editorial surfaces, pure typography when imagery would dilute. Stock photography is forbidden.

Abstract data systems

For product surfaces, landing heroes, OG images. The brand visualised as the data it acts on.

Founder portraits

For testimonials, case studies, press. Real Indian DTC founders. Natural light, warm tones, no posed boardroom.

Editorial monochrome

For long-form essays, weekly intelligence email covers, press releases. FT Weekend warmth, never stock-photo polish.

₹15L

Pure typographic

For social posts, deck covers, billboards. When the number is the picture — let it be the picture.

Placeholders

Until real photography is shot, every <img> slot uses a monospace label inside a striped fill (see Editorial Monochrome above). Never substitute stock imagery; an explicit placeholder is more honest than a generic Unsplash.

Right

LinkedIn only when LTV > ₹50k. Yours is ₹14k. I’d focus on Meta & Google.

Strategic gate from the master prompt. Explains the rule, applies it, makes the call.

Wrong

There are pros and cons to advertising on LinkedIn. It depends on your business model and target audience.

Both-sides hedging. ROASmind has a point of view because the prompts encode 20 years of marketer experience. Use it.

Right

Pricing starts at ₹1,999/mo. A senior marketer in Mumbai starts at ₹15 lakh/year.

Pricing surface. Doesn’t apologise. Doesn’t hide. Lets the comparison do the work.

Wrong

Affordable AI marketing solutions for growing businesses. Plans starting from just ₹1,999!

“Affordable”, “just”, an exclamation. Three apologies for the price. The price is the win — say it flat.

MotionRestrainedEvidence-led

Motion is evidence, not decoration.

ROASmind’s motion language is restrained: no bouncing, no spring overshoots, no parallax. The product is replacing a senior marketer — senior marketers don’t wobble. Sharp on enter, soft on exit. Numbers tick. Statuses fade. Audit log appends.

Section · 12 The Motion
i.

Numbers tick. Never glow.

When ROAS updates, count from old to new in 600 ms (ease-out-quart). No bloom, no scale. The number itself is the event.

4.2× → 4.7×600 ms · ease-out-quart
ii.

Status badges fade. Never slide.

A new “Winner” pill fades in at 240 ms. Slides imply travel; ROASmind’s actions don’t travel — they land.

opacity 0 → 1240 ms · linear
iii.

Audit log appends top-down.

New rows insert at the top with a 360 ms height + opacity reveal. Past rows never reorder — provenance is sacred.

height 0 → 44360 ms · ease-out
iv.

Chat tokens stream at 30 t/s.

The Architect’s replies stream plain text — no typewriter cursor, no “thinking...” bubbles. A small saffron dot indicates server activity.

token-by-token~30 tokens / second
v.

Page transitions are cuts.

Route changes do not animate. The dashboard is a tool, not a sequence. Modals fade (180 ms); drawers slide (220 ms); everything else — cut.

modal 180 ms · drawer 220 msroute — cut
vi.

Respect reduced motion.

Every animation has a 0 ms fallback when prefers-reduced-motion: reduce is set. Number ticking becomes instant. Slides become fades.
